The 5-Station Bolt Parts Former is built for manufacturers producing more complex bolt-related components beyond basic fasteners. Compared to standard bolt formers, this model supports larger cut-off diameters, greater forging power, and bigger die/punch capacities. It is also capable of interchanging the standard transfer block with a universal rotary type transfer block, allowing manufacturers to rotate blanks between stations, enabling forming operations on both ends of the part.
