1978
Lian Shyang Industries Co., Ltd. was founded in Tainan City, Taiwan. The company began its journey by manufacturing nut formers, laying the foundation for decades of expertise in cold forging machinery.
1997
Zhejiang Yeswin Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Zhejiang Province, China, with investment from Lian Shyang Industries. Specializing in nut formers, the company utilized a hybrid production model—nearly 70% of components were manufactured in Taiwan, with final assembly completed in China.
2014
Yeswin Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially established in Tainan City, Taiwan, as a joint venture between Lian Shyang Industries and Zhejiang Yeswin. The new company was founded to integrate the strengths of both entities and expand globally.
2018
Yeswin Machinery relocated its Taiwan facility to Rende District, Tainan City. The new 20,000 sqm plant significantly increased production capacity and enhanced after-sales service capabilities for international customers.
